Omar Khalaf is Associate Professor of Germanic Philology at the University of Padua, Italy. His research interests range from the practice of translation in the Old English period, with a special focus on the Alfredian Renaissance, to the intersection of manuscript and print culture in late fifteenth-century England. He has published Alexander and Dindimus. Edited from Oxford, MS Bodley 264 (2017) and several articles and contributions in international journals and edited volumes focussed on the Old English Orosius and the textual tradition of Anthony Woodville, Earl Rivers’s Dicts and Sayings of the Philosophers. He is currently working on the critical edition of this text.
